Whether you own a Hilton (HGVC), Marriott, Hyatt, Westin, Bluegreen, Starwood,
Westgate, Orange Lake or other Vacation Ownership property you may list your
property on this Time share MLS site. As the owner, you can handle the timeshare
resale or timeshare rental all on your own, or you can request broker assistance
(checkbox) located on the form. Your request to be posted in the Timeshare
Brokers MLS will be reviewed for accuracy prior to being posted to the Timeshare
Brokers MLS for public viewing. Upon approval, you will be emailed that your
free timeshare resale ad and/or timeshare rental ad is listed on the Timeshare
Brokers MLS. The life of the ad will be for a 6 month period. At the end of the
6 month period the ad will terminate and drop off the Timeshare Brokers Multiple
Listing Service website. Of course you may put it back on at anytime. Your
listing will be available to the public and all of the co-operating Brokers and
Agents in the Multiple Listing Service.
