For brokers

From listing draft to broker follow-up

Bring resort inventory and inquiry follow-up into one permission-based workspace. Browse public inventory first, then request access for your brokerage.

Prepare your listings

Create and revise listing drafts, add reviewed images and check the public details before publication. Drafts stay separate from public inventory.

Manage inquiries

Find inquiries assigned to your company, record notes and update follow-up status using your permitted role.

Work with your team

Use individual accounts and company permissions. Company administration and publishing access depend on your role.

How access works

  1. Send the broker access request with your name, business email, agency and market.
  2. The team reviews the request and company access. Ask about applicable membership terms and fees before activation.
  3. If approved, follow your personal invitation, choose your password and set up an authenticator. Keep recovery access under your control.
  4. Review your company access, browse inventory and prepare a first draft. Check the public view before publishing.

Already part of a participating company? Ask your company administrator about an invitation. An access request is reviewed manually and does not create an active account immediately.

Before your first listing

What if my invitation has expired?

Contact your company administrator or judi@judikoz.com. Ask for the invitation to be checked. Never share passwords or authentication codes.

Can I buy or sell without a broker account?
