Information you choose to provide
Listing inquiry and broker access forms request contact information and relevant context. We use it to record the request, route follow-up, review broker eligibility and operate the service. An inquiry or access request does not subscribe you to marketing.
Broker accounts and service records
Individual accounts, company permissions, authentication, listing changes and follow-up records support the protected workspace. Authorized operators may access records for service, security and support. Do not put unnecessary sensitive information in free-text fields.
Service providers
Hostinger hosts the website. Supabase supports authentication, database records and storage. Resend supports configured transactional notifications. Separately branded Timeshare Professionals email offers use Zoho Campaigns and its own subscription choices. Providers process relevant information to perform these services.
Optional analytics
On eligible clean public pages, Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. It uses pseudonymous browser/session identifiers. Public event categories may describe a page, CTA or accepted form type; form values, private account identifiers and raw URL queries are not added to those events. Private/account/API and query-bearing pages are excluded. You can change the choice using the analytics controls and block or clear cookies in your browser.
Email subscriptions
Newsletter permission is separate from listing or account requests. The linked native form identifies its publisher and topic. Follow its confirmation instructions where required. Use the preference or unsubscribe link in marketing messages; you do not need an MLS account to opt out. Existing suppression and unsubscribe choices remain effective.
Retention and your requests
Records are retained as needed for follow-up, account operation, security and applicable recordkeeping duties. Retention depends on record type and obligations. Ask judi@judikoz.com about access, correction or deletion and identify the relevant request or account. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate obligations; we will explain an applicable limitation.
