Published offers
Listings describe advertised resale or rental interests. Asking prices are displayed in US dollars and are not a statement of the total cost of ownership or a completed sale. Availability, fees, usage rights, dates, dimensions and program benefits must be confirmed with the responsible broker and relevant documents.
No booking or transfer by browsing
Viewing a listing or sending an inquiry does not reserve accommodation, transfer ownership or create a brokerage agreement. Any transaction requires separate agreed documents, verification and applicable closing procedures.
Images and resort names
Resort images are enhanced reference imagery. Confirm the accommodation and current condition with the broker. Images do not establish a specific unit view or entitlement. Original image URLs and enhancement evidence are retained. Resort names and marks belong to their respective owners; their use identifies inventory and does not imply endorsement.
Broker accounts
Access is reviewed and controlled through personal invitations and company roles. Keep credentials and authenticator access private. Publish only information and media you are authorized to provide. Check accuracy and advise the team when a published offer changes or is no longer available. Membership and transaction terms must be agreed separately.
